The basic aim of the complex employee eveluation is the recognition of professional potencial. This serves as the basis for long-term personnel decision making, which aims at the creation of staff development in the professional recruitment, development and preparation for optimal realization of the firm’s goals and professional duties of the employees.
System of Periodical Evaluation of the employees will faciliate:
